I have 2 deliverys coming today from 2 different places on ups truck's. I have corals in my tank and the light comes on before the expected delivery time so when the first delivery gets here I'm gonna turn the light off and leave it off until the second delivery gets here and then I want to acclimate them with the light but how long should I acclimate them because it can acclimate them for days I think and I don't know how long to acclimate them before I turn the light to my normal setting and I have 2 anemones coming and 2 different kinds of acans coming today so how long do I need to acclimate them with the light? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Just start off low and build iT up slowly over a couple of weeks .. Your corals Will tell you if they like it it or not .. just go up a couple % Every 2-3 days till you reach Your normal setting

I assume there are other corals in the tank already? Also depending on where these corals are coming from they may already be used to fairly high light levels. The anemones I wouldn't worry about, they will move to a spot where they like the light and flow.

If you already have corals in the tank, I would just start the new acans on the sand and then move them up over the next couple weeks. I don't adjust my lights for new corals, I move the frag rack to the bottom and then work it up.
