I have a reef tank with mostly lps corals and 1 purple stylopora coral and soon mushrooms and 2 bubbletip anemones and I can't seem to get the light dialed in because I can start to see some of the corals starting to look bleached i think because there getting small white areas on them so can someone please help me out because I really like Los corals and the mushrooms are growing really good and I'm just having trouble with the lps corals so can someone please help me out with this

If it looks like it's bleaching your corals, then turn it down. What intensity are you currently running? What are the dimensions of your tank? How many a360s? And how many inches off the water's surface?

I'm at a peak of 35 percent intensity and the color doesn't matter right and the tank is a 25 gallon flateback hexagon tank and I have 1 light and the reason that I turned it up to that is because the bubbletip anemone was streching up towards the light and it's up the highest that it can be to the light and the light is around 8 to 9 inches off of the water

I don't know what to turn it up to and how much over the hour's that I run it because I have it turn on at 11 and it goes off at 7 because I work nightshift and I feed some of the corals at night after the lights go out so I don't know what to do with the light and I know that I need to turn it down but how far because the anemone is streching towards the light and the other corals that I have are moderate light and up so I don't know what to do

Bring it down to 25% intensity for a week and see how things react. Coral will do fine at lower intensities while too much light can kill.

Go slowly and ramp up 2-3% a week from there. Let your coral be the indicator. Right now, it's telling you that there's too much light.

What color % are you running at. There have been known issues with LPS bleaching out at high color %. Most recommend keeping below 50% color. How deep is your tank? I have a 16" deep tank with LPS and Nems. I max out a 50% intensity and 25% color over a 12 hour light cycle
