Kessil 160 -> Radion XR15 G4

Hey guys:

I recently got a XR15 to install in my T5 Hybrid fixture. I am moving my Kessil to a nano tank. I'd like to figure out what is the best way to introduce it to the tank? I'm not sure how they directly compare, and I would rather not stress the corals!

Any insights?
