I have a Kessil 360we with the spectral controller. When the light is not working off the controller and the color is set all blue, I get a very deep blue color. When the light is controlled with the Spectral controller and the color is set to 0% the deep blue color is not there like when using the light only, it is much more white. Has anyone ever had a problem like this? Im wondering if its the aux cord that connects the light to the controller and not the actual controller it self.
Thanks

I had just the opposite issue! Way too blue while on the controller, regardless of the color settings. I could only adjust from "too blue" to "YGTBFKM blue".
(I have two 360s Daisy chained on one controller).
Unplugged everything, killed the power and set it all back up...miracle cure. Not sure what was wrong, but it fixed it.

Make sure you're plugged into the right outlet on the bottom of the controller. There's two down there.

Ill try that. One other thing I tried was controlling the light in "manual' on the spectral controller. It goes all blue like it should when the color is set to 0%. As soon as I switch it over to a schedule or program I have designed it goes back to being more white than it should. Ill give the unplugging and powering back up a try.

I have the same problem...
Do you find the way to fix it now?

Do you guys have the controller plugging into the input jack and not the output jack?

Are you using kessil connectors?? I had tw0 160's that ran off a spectra controller and they were different blues . I believe if you don't use the right patch cord either from light to light or controller to light it doesn't work properly. The connectors have to be a certain length inside the plug. You may get lucky using normal cables you can buy anywhere ....but kessil wants you to buy theirs!!! $ 4 bucks at Wal-Mart ......$30 bucks from kessil.

I ran some of my Kessil chain with Best Buy (standard stereo audio cables) and can not tell any difference between the Kessil cables and standard audio cables. :)

When I used standard audio cables I had to pull the connection out a bit for them to match blues. If I pushed it all the way in they were off by just a bit. My wife didn't see the difference and called me crazy. But I could see it... Oh yes I could see it.

i'll try to pull out a bit this tonight, hopes it works:p

When you pulled the cable out, and used a schedule from the spectral controller would it still get whiter throughout the day? When I get pull it out mine wont follow the schedule, just stays blue all day.

Good question , now that I think of it I only ran them blue . They were supplemental lighting to t5 's. Check to make sure you have the setting on the correct output on the controller ... and are adjusting the spectrum for the right output to the lights . You can controll 2 different set of lights off that one controller. I still think kessil wants you to use their cables ,other than that i am at a loss????

I’m having the same problem. Did you figure out a solution?

I never did. I loved the kessil color and shimmer, but the issue drove me crazy so i ended up switching to a Hydra 26hd. Kessil support told me it was a firmware issue with the controller, and wanted me to switch back to an older firmware but could never get it to go back to the old firmware.
