Kessil 360x (2) 90g Sufficient or Needs Supplement

Quick tank rundown:
90g 48"x24"x24"
Inhabitants include-2 Clarkii clowns, lawnmower blenny, PJ cardinal, mandarin, sailfin tang, 2 damsels, filefish, 2 firefish gobies, six line wrasse, rainbow BTA, 2 cleaner shrimp, 5 emerald crabs, bunch of turbo snails, couple lobsters, and a brittle starfish (overstocked, I know, looking to re-home a few of those guys if you're in the market for some jerky damsels).

My coral list consists of 8 zoa frags, couple frogspawn heads, elegance colony, few heads of Duncan, favia, lepto, candy canes, and one massive Hollywood Stunner chalice.

My lighting consists of 2 Kessil 360x's (not tuna blue, not WE) mounted at about 6" above the tank with a goofy custom bracket I made out of a flatscreen wall mount (photo).
I've had that lights running for about 4 months week no programming. I turn them on with minimum light, full blue, at 8:00 AM and ramp them up to about 50%-60% about midway on the spectrum at 9:00 and off at 9:00 pm. I'm planning to acquire a dongle or spectral controller soon.
I have not bothered with renting a par meter but I'm hoping the community here can help me understand if my lighting is sufficient to get growth and keep my corals healthy. I'm only about a year into this, the first 8 months were FOWLR (during which time many a good fish lives were lost).

I haven't encountered any noticable growth out of any of my coral besides the Duncan but I have killed 2 frogspawn heads (possibly due to overstocked community (phosphate/nitrate) which were both mounted about 2/3 from the bottom.

Really the question is, with my tank dimensions, can I assume that running them at ~50% sufficient to maximize growth without frying my frags? I've been a little bashful about the amount of exposure on a 13 hour cycle but also want to max out growth and, in process, try to avoid throwing another secret hundred clams at more or enhanced lighting.

Does anyone have experience with this lighting setup on a tank with similar dimensions or other thoughts? I am loosely considering getting a 36" Aquatic Life T5 hybrid to mount the Kessils with some T5 backup if it'll accelerate growth. All the corals do seem relatively healthy and bioluminescence is really beautiful under the spectrum I'm just going to maximize growth with these lights on my tank without stressing my corals.

Would I be will advised to grab the T5 hybrid or an I ok and need to learn the value of patience.
Any thoughts, greatly appreciated.

Im no expert but I run 2-360x tuna blues on my Red Sea 525 which is a similar size tank. I do think about adding a third light. I run them about 10 hours with a peak intensity of about 2 hours. So they run like 4 hours at like 60% then 2 hours at like 85% and then back to 60% for 4 more hours and the color goes from mostly blue to 30% white added at peak and back to blue. The way I understand it, white light is more growth and blue light is more color in the coral.

I have 2 Kessils on my setup. You could grow sps under those turned up... Light isn't your limiting factor.

Good stuff. I haven't really ventured too far into additives or minerals to accelerate growth but the white vs. blue is interesting advice as well ache the light cycle. I'll likely pick up a Dongle or Spectral Controller to have a little more control and stability.
