I've just about got my 34 gallon solana (20x20x20) ready for water. The last thing I need is lighting. I want to get a kessil as well as a couple ecoxotic strips.

I think the 15k is too blue for me but I might be able to use some white strips to whiten it up.

Or should I get the 10k and add blue strips???

I'm definitely sold on the kessil a150w

Help me please!!!

your going to want to go with the 15k. that said you might want to think about the a350 or a360 I have 2 of the a150 over my solana . I dont see any way 1t would work unless you have very little rock work

+1 the 350 is probably going to be your best bet

You can however go with the 120watt , maxspect razor , i believe its only 20 inches and would provide more lighting then a single AI SOL blue which covers a 24 x 24 x 24 area, Ive had great growth with my razor.

I say go for the 10k and add blue stripes. I have the 10k and although white, it does have a slight blue tint to it. You are gonna want to go more white with your main light because that is your daylight. Blues are more for the pop effect and you can do that with blue strips which usually are cheaper quality and might not have the spectrum that your coral needs.

Thanks everyone for the help. I think I'm leaning towards the a350w now. I didn't realize that you can adjust the colors with the 350.
