I just had to comment on my experience with Kessil. I received a my fixture only to discover that it didn't work... completely dead. I immediately sent an email detailing my situation, as this left my tank dark. By the time I sent back the bad unit and they send a new one.... I didn't have that kind of time. They called me almost immediately. The guy who called was funny, polite, and assured me they'd send a new one out today along with prepaid shipping to send back my non functioning unit. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! and the unit is beautiful.... These guys are the "Apple" of lights!
