Kessil a160we questions.

I purchased a kessil a160we it's been on my tank for exactly a week. It has replaced a mh that I had on the tank. So everything in the tank seems to be happy with the light. My question is any one out there have a good setup for this light that hadr had good success with growth exc. I have the controller I have been upping the intensity over the week I'm up to 65% with full color. The light is 12" too 13" of the tank figured I would get some ideas to play with thank you for your time

My buddy has had good growth on his setup. Seems to be on par with his MH.

Had ran 2 on my 40b and they worked really well. Only ran them at about 40% but that was because I was keeping LPS.

I mostly went to led to be safe from power outage and heat in the summer. I had mh for a long time figured I would give it a try. I'm just trying to figure out the best setting for this Pacific light to maximize it use really

What size MH did you replace? Also what size tank and what types of coral, if you don't mind. Thanks

My kessil 160 + heavy feeding did this in about three weeks same height above tank this is a tiny pico reef:

Second shot.. The mh was a Phenix 150w 14k I had slow to medium growth with that. But the tank is a 24 nano

that growth would probably be eclipsed by any power sps system but one thing is for sure, that's 3 mos growth on my old power compact setup, and 2-3 weeks on kessil, for sure 100% that light is awesome difference no other factors changed.

Yeah I'm loving this light so far I had to make a custom canopy for my jbj nano took me a whyll since I'm no carpenter but it's prefect. I just was wondering haw ppl set up there light all I want ideas maximum potential out of this bad boy
