I have one left over with goose neck from my nano tank and it fits perfect on my sump. I can get it low to the water line to minimize light spill. Good/bad idea?

Anyhow i would like to hijack this thread a bit. Does red macro's such as dragon breath need red & blue light to grow? Or any white daylight bulb also able to grow? Thanks
