Hi Everyone,
I'm planning on doing the triton method on my new 60 Gallon Cube tank. I'm planning on having the Kessil a360we for the display and an a80 for the refugium. Does anyone have any experience with the a80? Im hoping that with the small size of my tank that I'll be able to dial down the a360 so that the a80 will be able to keep up growing chaeto and keep algae in my fuge and not in the display. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Instead of the A80 get the H80, it's specifically for refugium and costs the same.

Don't even think of getting h80 that's a waist of $$ I've tested the par ridding of my friends fudge it was just useless

Look on you tube for BRStv refugium vids. You will find they say the h80 can't compete with other lights output per $. Triton actually recommends t5 lighting for growing macro algae. My set up is an 18" t5 with a rose and daylight bulb combo. I set the light right on top of the sump. 9"from the algae. Grows chaeto like a beast!
