kessil A360WE tuna blues and spectral controller schedule help???

Anyone have a good schedule I can program into my spectral controller with proven results? I run a mix of sps and zoas and just got a couple Kessils and would appreciate any sort of help

I'll post mine a little later today. I got mine off the BRS tv YouTube video on the Spectral controller, but I might back off the albeit brief 100% intensity part of the schedule.
