Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but I bumped my bracket holding my Kessil and it fell into my frag tank. The power supply disconnected befor it hit the water. Regardless I thought well there goes that money. I reached in and pulled it out. Rushed upstairs and used my wife's blow dryer to dry it the best I could. I also let it sit overnight to continue to dry out. Next day I set it up and plugged it all back in. It still worked. I am shocked. Anybody else like Kessil as much as I do after this??

They don't call me the Kessil Koolaid man for nothing ;) I absolutely love kessils. Used nothing but kessils for LEDS on my tank for a couple years now. Started with the A360 and now have the AP700, and have the H380 over my refugium. Love them and would recommend them to anyone.

I’m not an electrician or electronics expert by any means, but I believe the damage typically comes from a device being powered on while wet.

My only concern would be any salt left over in the unit. Glad it didn’t get fried though!

This is the exact unit working.
