Bought off brs, only had the light 3 weeks, fan bearings are makeing a bunch of noise, my light is always handled with extreme care only touching the dials on top... No shakeing, no movement what's so ever... so... I can't really take more light off and wait for it to get in, then they send another.... What do I do?

Kessil have been very very good to me. Give them a shout online.

Call Kessil and see what they say. If it seems like it's going to be a while then I'd purchase a replacement light and hopefully return it once everything is straightened out.

Gave them a call, they we're pretty nice. Gave them the SN: and my info. A new light is on the way with a return box W/stamp for mine

They have great customer service. They send you a new light and a return box for the old one. The only thing you have to do is provide a card so they can charge you IF you don't return the broken light.
How is the light hung up? I put the screw into my light too far and the fan rubbed on it and made a clicking noise. I loosened it and it's been fine ever since.

I have the gooseneck with the normal screws that were on the light, with the bracket in the way the screws are slightly less into the light, worked fine for 3 weeks but... 3 weeks isent much

Have you checked to see if something is in it? I had to lightly blow mine out periodically

Also their CS is top notch

It’s good to hear that you got it resolve and it’s good to know that Kessil customer service is top notch I was planning on going with Kessil
