I would think you’d need two of either of these lights, they both have around 18-20” of coverage.

Either 2x Primes or 2x a160s would work for a 20 long. The a360 could work, but at the height needed, there would be a ton of light spill outside the tank.

20 longs are 30" tanks, so I agree 2 lights is a way better option. 20Ls are also only about a foot tall, so 2 Primes would be a better option.
