Kessil A360X Wi-Fi dongle

Has anyone heard any further info related to Kessil launching the Wi-Fi dongle for the A30X?

I have perused through some scattered posts on the internet but nothing concrete. Love the lights but never realized, after setting up the lights, just how much I would miss having control via Wi-Fi.

Were lucky enough to have them join us and they just recently joined within the past week or so

I had this same question about the dongle and decided to call Kessil on Friday about it. The nice lady that answered told me that she doesn’t have an exact date, but that it will be soon. How soon? Not sure. She advised me to stay updated through Facebook. If you don’t want to wait for it, you can always buy the Spectral X controller, which I’m trying to avoid doing myself!

Unfortunately, I cannot give you an exact release date at this moment but the product is currently in beta testing phase. We know it's been a long time coming but we want to ensure there will be no WiFi connectivity issues in future products. All I can say at this time is that it will be released before 2020...

You’re welcome. I’m glad to hear that you are happy with it. I love the Kessil lights and am excited to set up the X on my new tank. The dongle will be a great addition.

The Kessil Dongle apparently isn't vaporware. Kessil just showed it at Reef-a-Palooza in Anaheim THIS WEEKEND! Anyone have any more info on it, like the cost and the availability date?

Good to know! I actually purchased it a few months ago through BRS. My build project took way longer than I expected so it's been sitting there in the box. I'll hit BRS up and see what they say. They've been really good to work with in my experience.

EDIT - Called BRS, they said I can return it and exchange it for the new WiFi dongle. We've got some quality vendors in this hobby
