Kessil Acting Weird...

I help my friend care for his 300 gallon LPS/Softy tank. It has 4 kessil a360w tuna cannons on it. These fixtures have worked flawlessly for several years now. Last week, I noticed that one of the cannons was emitting an eerie green light instead of the usual spectrum. The rest of the cannons are working fine and the programming looks okay, so I'm stumped. I've written kessil, I just thought I would post here also to hear any ideas you might have.

How is he controlling the lights? Are they daisy chained together with the control cables? Double check the input cable to the light and make sure its not loose or has debris in it. After that make sure the light is good and cleaned out. If that's not it it may be that some of the blue leds are not functioning.

I had a similar problem but it was RJ type end connection that plugged into my apex. Loose connection prevented white color from working properly.

I agree with the above. I would check the wires. Look for corrosion inside of where they plug in.
I have had amazing customer service when contacting kessil.

This. Kessil customer service is amazing. Never had an issue with them
