Just got my new AP700 and almost figured out the terrible WiFi app.
One question: Acclimation mode ramps up over days, default starting at 20% and presumably ends at 100%??
But 20% of what? If I use the default 9am-5pm schedule, it ends at 80%.
So is the Acclimation 20% of 80%, or 20% of 100%??
Thanks for any help.

20% of 100%. If you don't use 100% power normally, you should make your own acclimation program. The default ones are pretty high powered imo

Thanks Jason! Another question? In Settings you can pick how many minutes before it switches automatically to Program. I have a tank of softies and LPS and a couple of SPS. I'm upping my light game with the AP700. I took PAR readings of the locations of the corals with the old light so I could set the AP700 to something they are used to. I plan to use Manual mode to do that, but while I'm doing it I don't want it to throw me into Program mode after x minutes. Any way to prevent that?

Yep. When you're in manual mode, you should see a lock figure at the top right of your screen. Locked means it'll go back to program if you exit the manual screen, but unlocked means you can exit the manual screen and the lights will stay on manual. Be careful though, you can exit the app while still in manual and it will not revert back to the program setting no matter what the lock figure is showing. That's how I almost bleached my tank one time.

Thanks again! Now I'm really confused. Reading the alleged documentation carefully, I found:

Acclimation mode allows user to lower the light intensity in order for animals to acclimate to the new lights. This can be used when adding new corals or when using Kessil LED lights for the first time.
"Starting Intensity" means a proportion of the point's intensity, e.g. if you have a point at 80% intensity, under Acclimation & "Starting Intensity" as 50%, that point will be at 40% on Day 1, and ramp up gradually to reach 80%.
