Kessil AP9X Issue

When my power goes out briefly due to storm my AP9X does not come back on. Lights indicator lights are good but it doesn't respond to any input and doesn't provide any lighting. The 2 A360X attached to it are fine.

To get the light back to operation, I have to unplug it and basically remind it.

Please help.

My go to with my AP9X is just hard reset it whenever I have any issues and that usually clears the problem with it

I've done that to get it working again. I'm pretty sure this shouldn't happen. Is it my unit or do they all have this issue?

I have had the same thing happen after a storm as well.. totally could be how the units work?

My issue is that I'm going out of town for 10 days. Everything is automated and comes back on with power outage accept the AP9x...need that for the coral.

sounds like software stuff. are the units attached to the kessil spectral controller?

Nope. AP9X has everything built-in including WiFi.

could you hook the light up to a controllable outlet from amazon? that way you can turn the unit off and on from out of town

wasnt sure if you had it on the a360s to see what happened during a power outage. Might be some weird thing they programmed in for safety or something

Not a bad call. I have a GHL controller that could handle that.
