Hello, i am come form tiawan I bought a kessil ap9x on Facebook, when I received the item in the test found a problem, I adjusted the color and int to 10-15, there is a lamp head will flash, I don't know what to deal with, because I can't find the seller, anyone haved this problem?

@Kessil any ideas on why a puck would flash as the OP describes? Things they could check?
