Kessil customer service???

Has anyone dealt with them, how's the experience. I called the number on there website and the recordings says for faster customer service to email them. So I emailed them Friday morning 5am. I know it's early, but I was up for work. I didn't get that quick response like the recording says so I just called and no-one picks up. Today was not a holiday for me I had to work, but it could be for them? I'm just hoping they can help me with my a360w that's only 7 months old.
 
I've had a couple great experiences with them. Email always worked best for me. Are you looking for technical support or warranty support?
 
Both I'm going to give them another day i'm not sure if there busy or not. My zoanthids are all reaching for the light, no growth, and the lights are set to color 20% and intensity set to 100%.
 
So if you looking for a fast way to get something done by Kessil DON'T EMAIL THEM all you get is a middle man or in my case a middle woman. No experience with lighting or fish tanks they just go back and forth with a technician and there response is more than a 24 hours.
 
I have had great service with Kessil. Unfortunately, both of my 360W, failed one at a time. The first lasted a little over a year and the second about fifteen months. While that does worry me for the future longevity of these lights Kessil responded quickly and replaced both. The first within about four days and the second within a week. Of course I do live in California. I worked with two different people and both were very helpful.
 
Did you talk to them on the phone or email.
