Kessil for 28 gallon Reef?

Which kessil light would be the best for a 28 gallon JBJ cube? I want to keep a reef with soft corals and maybe some LPS because I am planning on keeping seahorses in it. Which one of these lights would be best? (I want to keep the smallest one possible to keep the cost down )
