I have a 26X22 refugium for a 230 gallon tank. I can't decide which Kessil light to purchase. I know the H380 will do a great job, but will the H160 do just as well? I like that the intensity is adjustable and it uses less power. Please help me decide. Thanks.

i cant comment on the effects an h380 would do on my fuge but i have the h160 over the "fuge" area of my trigger 34 sump. the space is about 10x14 (water is about 10' high) so its about 6-7 gallons. i put a golfball sized piece of cheato 4 weeks ago and its filled nearly the entire area already. i run the light on grow mode, half the usuable "intensity" about 12 hours a night
