It comes with all original accessories power brick and cord, mounting screws, light. It did not come with an arm. I assume it’s not the Halo II, the box doesn’t mention it at least.

I dug up the original receipt for this light. It is indeed the Halo II and was purchased from SaltwaterAquariums.com. Also still available.

If you want to grow Chaeto this is the light to have. Ive used one from the startup on my 115gal and i cant keep the macros cut back. good price as well.
