Kessil H80 issues in Refuge

I have a kessil h80. It’s set to bloom with full intensity. 8:30pm to 6:30am is when it’s on.
the thing is the light isn’t growing the cheato. It’s making the refuge area grow lots of algae. What can I do? Turn light down? Change it from bloom? Not sure.

The bloom setting is fine and and intensity is fine. I have a H160 and it grows cheato like mad now. Early on I had some cheato that did not make it but has been growing well for some time now. Some suggestions:

1) get some flow on you cheato - spinning is good but any flow is important
2) Does you water have Nitrate and Phosphate or are you at zeros?

How are things now? Did you do anything? I just brought an h80 home to replace an h380 that was absolutely burning out my chaeto.
