Kessil H80 or Reefbreeders Pico refugium light?

I have a RedSea reefer 300XL. 80 gallons total with sump. I am starting a refugium with Chaeto in either a 9"x9" compartment or 10"x10" compartment.

Would the reef breeders Pico be sufficient? Was planning to be use the H80 but not sure I need that much light for that small space and didn't want a lot of excess light bleeding into other sections of the sump.

Appreciate anyone's advice and experience with either light.

Par is your friend with respect to chaeto growth.
Used the h80 for a week, waiting for this

I have the H80 sitting in a bin. It did ok, just not the PAR I desired. I think it would be fine on your footprint though, mounting it closer to the surface increases PAR and decreases the spread.

I don't have experience with the other light.
