I had a Kessil 350 unit I had been using for my refugium and after years of use it finally started giving me issues. It would randomly just turn itself off. I figured it must be a power supply issue, but after swapping it out and still having the same problem I gave Kessil a call and was told more than likely the unit itself was bad and would have to be repaired. Unfortunately, they did not have the ability to repair it as it was an older unit and parts were not available. No issues, I get that. The H380s have been out for a bit now so it only seems logical that sooner or later this would happen. What I didn't expect was for the rep to offer up a $60 discount on the newer unit!!! She just needed the SN off the busted one and payment over the phone and boom the new unit is in the air. So anybody out there using one of the older 350s, give Kessil a call once they kick the bucket. -A
