Kessil k-link cable alternatives

I'm installing my kessil a360x and the 10ft k-link cables are ridiculously long. Is there any shorter alternative that would function the same?

It looks like that cable is just a USB-c to USB-c standard cable. You should just be able to purchase a smaller usb-c male to male cable to replace it with.

Yes its just a basic USB C, I got one from amazon for way cheaper than kessils brand. I got the 90 degree adapters also.

Right! And being 25 bucks! Just goes to show the price gouging from these companies is real lol.

Im not sure, but it wouldnt be too expensive to test out if you dont have a cable already.

I was looking at that one seems like it will be perfect for the kessils and its 3 for like $13.

Ive checked on amazon and most seem to be of 60 watt, i was wondering if thats enough since the kessils are 90 watt lights?

To my understanding it's just a signal wire so no real wattage going through it the 90 watts comes from the power cable

I wondered because one of my kessils has a slightly different color then the one thats directly connected to the controller i thought maybe it wasbdue to that.

Yea I'm not sure still waiting for my bank account to let me buy the other 2 I need and the controller lol. Hopefully within the next couple weeks I'll have enough saved up for them.

Exactly what I did. Daisy chained 4 of them together for maybe $20-$25

USB-type C is rated up to 100 watts. which is why samsung uses it for their fast charger for their phones

The controller is totally awesome. And worth every penny
