I don't use an Apex, but i'll share my schedule

On at 10 AM, ramp up to 65% intensity (says 70 here but i recently changed it), hold there for 4 hours, and then ramp down to off at 8PM

I heard about this in a Mike Paletta's video. He does this in some of his tanks. I am testing to see how my corals react to this.
