Kessil light schedule problem

I have 3 A360x. I have programmed them with both the Spectral Controller and the new WIFI fob (on my iphone). In both cases, when the light enters a new point in the schedule (with a spectrum or brightness change), the light goes to a dim blue for 1 minutes, and then reflects the new point. This happens on all transitions throughout the light schedule. Any one else have this problem?
