Kessil Lighting and small grow out

hey everyone , I just built a small grow out tank plumped to my small nano with some spare equipment I have laying around..
the tank is a 10 gallon rimless standard dimensions though I believe..I also have a kessil A360we hanging centered a foot above the tank..what power should I be running it at? And how long?

On a tank that small, you shouldnt have to turn it up too much. I'd say start at about 25-30% and adjust from there. If you can rent or borrow a par meter that would be best.
