I have used Kessil lights for years. The great thing about kessils is they are very hard to mess up. With the 360s color is purely for aesthetics. Kessil's unique Kessil logic ensures that no matter what color you set the light the important photosynthetic spectrum will be included. Most people will pick somewhere between 20-50% color.

With intensity I would likely run the lights at 100% during the peak of your light schedule. I always run my kessils at full intensity. Some may prefer 75% but I find that the SPS appreciate the intensity. As far as how long the light schedule is, I like a 4 hour peak and I then just add a ramp up and ramp down.

BRS investigate did a great review on this light. Included settings (Intensity, color, height, light separation and par reading)
