I’ve been in the hobby going on 15 years from my Highschool fowlr tank to a new reef build I started this February which brings me to an amazing experience and story!
almost 2 years ago my boiler sprung a leak and flooded the basement.. I was forced to move my existing tank to another room and durning this process the upgrade bug kicked in!
Long story short, the basement remodel took FOREVER! I had a baby, and kept purchasing equipment little at a time until I had a stock pile large enough to compete with local fish stores lol I purchased all new top of the line equipment and following along with BRS triton method videos and I decided to get a kessil H380 for the refugium..
Fast forward to February 2020 and I started my tank build everything was going great until about a week ago I noticed my refugium light wasn’t turning on!! I tried all typica troubleshooting steps and finally reached out to [email protected]
I was concerned that since I purchased the light almost 2 years ago regardless of only using it for a couple months that I would have to purchase another light!
GUESS WHAT CAME IN THE MAIL TODAY! Another H380 free of charge! What an amazing company and an amazing experience! I’m impressed that they took the moment to really listen to what happened and assess the problem based on my personal situation! Fantastic experience, outstanding customer service!
