Heavy sps tank 90 cm long
60 cm depth
55 cm high
What will be the best kessil option
1 ap 700 or 2 kessil 360?

Both would likely work just about the same for your tank. I prefer the modularity of the A360s to the AP700 because it you gives more flexibility on placement and upgrades down the road if/when the time comes.

For that size tank, I think you'd need 3 A360W if you are going to be SPS heavy, or you would need to focus your sps more in the middle and upper half of the tank. An AP700 probably won't adequately work by itself for that size tank either except in certain areas (since you said SPS heavy). I think the AP700 or 2 A360W would work for that tank with T5 supplements (such as using the aquatic life T5 hybrid fixture or some retro fits). Kessils with T5s look great, and I think T5s are great to use with SPS corals b/c of the diffuse light source. If you think you may upgrade to a bigger tank, though, then the A360s are the most modular solution and you don't have to worry about being stuck with a t5 fixture that doesn't work if you think you may upgrade to a bigger tank in the near future.

"or you would need to focus your sps more in the middle and upper half of the tank"
So ap700 will be good if i do that

You can look at the par numbers from the BRS video and decide for yourself (link below).

On a 24" tank, the par numbers are plenty for an SPS tank. Their measurements on a 4 foot tank would be inadequate for an SPS tank in my opinion, but their mounting height they used on the 4 foot tank was really high at 16.5 inches. I figure at a 9 - 12 inch mounting height, you would get enough spread for a 3 foot long tank and par numbers that would be adequate in a lot of areas of the tank to grow SPS.

For a 36 inch long tank, ideally what I do and what I believe @madweazl (correct me if i'm wrong) did, was Kessils with T5's. I have the Aquatic Life T5 with a Kessil AP700, and madweazl has the same thing but with the A360's.

Similar; I have a 48" long tank and use two A360s with a Lett T5 retrofit using two 54w ATI Blue+. The system is capable of producing 250-350w over most of the tank but I haven't found a need to run it at 100% over an SPS dominant tank yet. So far, everything has colored up appropriately but we'll see how it goes as everything grows out.
