Kessils a360w

I have two a160we and a 360we. I dig them. Key is that you need enough to have good coverage. How many were you planning on?

I am over all pretty happy with mine, although I wish I would have got a third one. You really need 3 for a 4 foot tank.

I have four on my 6' 180g. I like them. I haven't had my tank up long enough to comment on coral growth. I'd love to hear about how people have configured them. I have Apex and have a basic program I keep tweaking.

My system is 5 months old, and I to have been tweaking for well, 5 months!! Lol .. Couple weeks ago l made it very simple. Ramp to 100% / 100% and stay for 4 hours then ramp back down. Spectrum and intensity ramps duplicate. I must say I like this setting best so far, and corals seem to like it.

I have three 360we, love them and zero disco ball effect, get the spectral controller too if you decide to go with Kessil

I run an A360W over my 50g cube. I think it is a great light. I run it at 50% color and 45% intensity. That gives me around 4000 lux on the sand and around 10000 up top.

How high above the water do you have the light

Diatoms are usually more about nutrients than light. How old is your tank?

Yes your right but once it's there the too much light they say is no good I cut down on the feeding been doing water changes but it is getting better in the last 2 weeks

My tank is about 10 months old

They look great but don't expect them to replace any burned out LED'S because they won't. Even if you go to the company that makes the LED. Just food for thought. I work at a tropical fish store and we have kessils over some tanks and when an LED burnt out them nor the company that makes the LED would replace. There response was but a new light.

I've had nothing but great support from Kessil. Do you mean a single diode went out or the whole light?
