Just want to say how good of an experiance I had with kessils customer service. I have a a360 that started to flicker and they are replacing the light at no cost. No big deal right? Well what made this a good Experience Is that I am out of warranty. It wasn't a hassle, super easy and they respond quickly.

Yes yes yes. I can't back this up enough. I have a used 160we that was 10 days away from warranty period ending that they are in the process of replacing. It's probably used but I mixed 1 new and two used together and can't remember which is which. Blues stopped working a few weeks ago. Called yesterday and a new one was shipped today. Can't say enough about their great customer service.
 
I have dealt with Kessil for about 5 yrs now, and have never had a bad experience. I too had a light replaced at no cost. They have also helped me set up all 3 of my AP700's. They even made a house call 2 weeks ago. I couldn't believe it. Tiffiney and Franco are great.

That is awesome. For good equipment in this hobby it cost allot of money, and not all of us have the ability to buy new equipment when ever we want. So the fact that a company stands behind there product that much will keep me being a customer
