KessilX controller Tuna Blue lights

Hello! Please help! I bought the Kessil X controller with 2 tuna blue led lights. Everything is plugged in but my controller says 'zero lamps' connected? I have to tuna blues connected. I dont know what Im doing wrong. I bought a 10' cable off ebay to connect the two lights, plus the controller didn't come with the usb power block so I'm using one I had. The lights are on, the controller is on, I cant do anything with them. Super fru

Maybe a very clear series of photos of ‘what you’ve got plugged into what’ and someone could help troubleshoot this for you.

Did you plug the controller into the first lamp then that one into the 2nd? Via 3.5mm?

Also, be sure you are choosing the 10v option on the controller. I think it defaults to the usb option

I connected the two lights with this cable. I am able to run the pre-set demo. But somehow it doesn't detect my lights? So confused thank you for trying to help me.

I dont remember how I did it, but I was able to enter two lights on the 10v option, doesn't show it on the tb option, luna mode option disappeared, if I unplug the connection on the master light one light shuts off, if I unplug the connection on the slave light, both lights stay on...I checked all my connections? I am able to run a demo and visibly see the lights go through the demo...I cant get it out of demo mode, cant get it to even recognize two lights in the 'group' section, lost the lunar option all together, I dont know whats going on but my coral hasn't had light in two days now I'm freaking out. I called kessil got voicemail

If memory serves me, the 0-10v section starts around 18 minutes. If you can’t figure it out, I’ll look at mine and show you what to do.

It works with the “we” versions just fine, but you need to use the 0-10v port to control them. I used 360x’s along with a 160 with two separate programs/schedules with that controller.

Thanks I was told I needed the old controller for the we models. From what I could research the spectral x would not let you have all the functions

I have the A160WE lights...still cant get it to work

You can only control color and intensity with the older models, as there is no way to control the other colors with their onboard hardware. Give a sec and I’ll fire up some lights

I just connected one 360x and one a80 to the X controller.

Press the center button in dashboard, then select it again. Then tab right until you get to the 0-10v selection, then select bottom tab until you select the program you want to run. Once selected, hit the return tab until you’re back at the dashboard.

You can edit another program to your same schedule and select the new program instead of the stock quick set program. Either way, both should work. Just make sure you’re not in demo mode.
