Hi so I just bought a kessle X remote for my A360W-E the remote seems to be running the light cycle that I would like it to, and my light is on and responding to all changes made on the remote. But for some reason the app is saying that it does not recognize any lamps. So I’m just curious if there is a fix or anyone has had this issue. My only worry is since it’s not registering my lamp. That it will change light cycles and do weird things.

I think its due to your controller is Spectral X.... so you would need the X branded lights from kessil such as the A360X. The regular Spectral controller might be the better choice here.

I have the Kessil A160we and the Spectral controller and it works fine.

It will be under the 0-10v menu for the older lights on the controller. The Spectral X controller does not work with the app for the wifi dongle. You have to use the controller itself, not your phone.

Weirdest thing I even looked at the 0-10V slot on the actual controller and says 0 lamps found but it’s controlling my light with the proper light cycle through the controller. I have no idea, pretty strange.

You may have to unplug the power to the controller, and replug it in. However, doing this will reset the clock and date, there is no clock memory, only schedule memory.

Not sure if you've gotten a solid answer yet but this is completely normal. The 0-10V communication of the WE series lights only allows for 1-way communication (Controller to light) but not the other way around, so it will control the light but not show up under number of lamps.

Thankyou so much. I hadn’t yet.
