Kh and Ion Director, what extras do i need?

Im going to buy a Kh and an Ion Director, both with slave dosers and an extra power bar.
My question is what and how many cables will I need to connect them all up and how?
My understanding is I need PAB cables but heres where the confusion lies, on my p4 it has 2 pab slots, 1 is already used for the power bar so if I connect the Kh director to the p4 using the other pab slot then how can I connect the Ion director and the other power bar to my p4?
Sorry for the thick questions but im new to all this controller stuff.

You can daisy chain them - connect in series.

So - for instance...
P4->PowerBar->Doser->khdirector->doser->iondirector.

You don't need to connect in a hub & spoke type model where everything is just 1 hop or 1 device away from the main controller.

You will need an extra pab cables or ethernet cable the combo boxes only come with one.

The slave sets (at least the one for KH Director) come with one PAB cable, but you need two. One for the doser and one for the KH Director. So, buy an extra PAB cable or get some Cat 5 patch cables from amazon, which is what I did.

You can use cat 5E or cat 6 Lan cable to connect devices together. You don't need to order from online stores. Walmart, Target, Lowes, Homedepot, best buy...Etc all carry LAN cable. You can plug one 6E Powerbar into the next and keep going to a doser, KH Director and so on. That's the physical side of things. There is more to it on the programing and software side so read the manuals and watch the videos.
