Kh and ph at 7.7

Both kh and ph are are equal is this an issue? Ive increased surface agitation incase this is excess co2. Will raising the ph through surface agitation increase the kh as well as the ph?

Your Alk is OK at 7.7 but ph is a little low.. Surface agitation will not raise dkh you will need to dose something like Kalkwasser to bring that up and it will also help raise your ph levels at the same time. Running a fresh air line from outside to your skimmer is also a good way to raise PH without using additives.

Ive increased surface agitation incase this is excess co2.

If the pH reading is accurate, (I would always check and double check calibration before taking action based on pH) then the reading is due to large CO2.
But the CO2 is almost certainly from indoor/room air, so increasing surface agitation will do nothing except bring the water in tighter equilibrium with the room.
Skimmer pulling in outdoor air, or cracking a window open will move things in the direction you want.
