kh director connection help !

I used to be able to connect to GCC, to my doser on my iphone, i attemped to set up wifi , static ip address or the other one via USB to my lap top, ever since i can not connect to GCC through Iphone , nor can i connect to my Kh director through USB to my laptop anymore . Anyone willing to steer my to right path ? not the best in tech, but i can follow some directions thanks

Can you log in to your router and see what’s connected?

Or if you have a iPhone or iPad down load app that will scan your network and tell u wats attached

just so you know when i attemped to put it on static or the other wifi connection mode , the KH director would never turn blue and blink

hmm since i tried to connect it to WIFI, via thru usb to laptop, but the kh director never changed it to blue and blinked, perhaps it never happened ?

lan is like GHL connect app on Phone ? , i used to be able to look up wifi and connect to connection GHL doser (wifi) , and then launch GHL connect app to connect, now i can not anymore , im assuming that was LAN ?

maybe by lan , you mean ethernet cable, if so yes i just tried and wont work !

I couldn’t connect to mine last week and took sevral goes befor it connected,have you connected via lan the checked you app see if it shows with ip address

If you not can connect with USB either - it not only is a IP adress problem. The USB connection do not use TCP/IP - it is a serial connection.

Connect your laptop to the Doser with USB, Start GCC. Open administration. There you should Have your Doser with a RS232 connection. You should see a com port (blue). Go to device manager (red) Klick.

Open device manager - look for port (COM LPT) (red) . Check if it shows the same port both in device manager and administration of the Doser. If not - change the port in the doser to the one in device manager

If it not work now (with USB connection) - open a support ticket with GHL
