Just got this thing all set up and calibrated, put the KH Director on the dashboard with my other stuff and then told it to test, three times, shows no results but gives me an alarm and 2 warnings.

Alarm: Measured value has fallen below or exceeded the alarm threshold
Warning: check filling level pump 3
Warning: check filling level pump 4

I have them set up just like the GHL Video, pump 1 is the sample water, pump 2 is the reagent, pump 3 is the waste water, pump 4 is for my Alk dosing.

I am lost as to why I am not getting a reading. it says it fell below the threshold but I all I see is zero.

So, you have nothing where it says current value?

You need to go back and review the videos and have the manual open and read everything. My guess is your sample line measurement is off and something else might not be right, perhaps probe calibration.

Manual

When you ask it to do the test manually does the unit look like it doing the tes?

is it drawing water?
Are the vent tube and drain tube nit in any water?

Can you screen shot the diagnostics?

I still see red alarms in that screen shot is it your two dosing pumps ?

If it is pump 3 turn off level monitoring unless you want to monitor the amount of water and placing it into a container and want Ronnie when it is filled.

pump 4 if your also doing level monitoring your going to want to fill a virtual container

I'm going to try and re calibrate the problem right now.

They're is definitely water going in, going out, etc. I can see it doing whatever it's supposed to be doing with the exception of giving a value on the screen.

Give be about 10 to 15 minutes. Be back shortly.

Alright! Got it going now. When I went back to double check all the lines and the PH Probe I found the probe connector not seated all the way *facepalm* I swear I had it on there! So that would mean to me the calibration was not correct because of the connection. Recalibrated the probe and as I suspected my ALK is low. I do top off with Kalk so now I need to get some soda ash mixed up and get this baby up to 8 at least. Screenshot_20201213-090621_GHL Connect.jpg Screenshot_20201213-090629_GHL Connect.jpg

after calibration I let mine settle for a day befor dosing
