KH Guardian problem...

I bought mine from the closed released and thought I was getttng KH guardian Pro but got Standard. Anyone else have this problem?

It is the pro is just that a typo from the main box but inside is the pro version, i'm following somebody else using it and had the same issue .

Dont know. Havent opened it yet in case it needs to be returned. The Coralvue support ticket section doesnt work. Would have expected better for something that costs $1,000. Is there anyone at CoralVue who can confirm this is the PRO version?

Our support portal is in working order, all of the KHG units shipped are the pro version.
 
@Chris@CoralVue- Having consistent issues with ACC_ERR! no matter what steps I take to get a reading it comes up with this error. Probe is lined up correctly- not sure what the inside of the black cup is supposed to look like- any help is greatly appreciated.
