KH text API reef master kit Please help

So with trace elements, a good rule is to only dose what you can test for. So I'd stop the iron manganese unless you are testing.
The calcium supplement you have recommends use with kalkwasser which is not difficult, but more tricky while you are learning and can easily raise pH to dangerous levels if too much is added at once.

I think for ease of use to begin with I would look into a balanced two part additive, like ESV B-Ionic or bulk reef kits if you want to mix your own.

You test alk, Ca and then correct to desired range. So once alk falls to where you want it, check that calcium is in range. Then test daily for 3 days.
These readings will give you an idea how much your system is using daily. So if you are using 1dkh a day, that is what you need to add each day.
Bulk reef supply has a calculator that you can pick your supplement, plug in system volume (amt of water), and desired vs actual values. That calculator will tell you how much supplement to use daily.
Continue testing daily and tweak dose as needed. Once consistent values, you can back off testing to weekly.

So some other tips , try to do things the same time daily, test the same time, add supplements around the same time.
Splitting the alk dose into several doses would be ideal. If you need 5ml a day do 2.5 in am, 2.5 in evening.
Don't add alk and calcium at the same time, allow some mixing time between the two.
Magnesium also plays into these levels, do you have a mag kit?

No I don't have a mag kit ...so all I need to be adding in alk dose and magnesium ?

Yep, just Alk, calcium, and magnesium. Mag is usually infrequently dose because it it consumed slower.

A must read:

I would recommend reading this article and anything else Randy Holmes Farley has written about it. It is the most important aspect of water chemistry to keep corals, also maintaining a constitent salinity, and monitoring nutrients ie nitrate and phosphate.
Don't worry about pH, if you keep the alk in Check, your pH should be fine.
