You can use baking soda to increase alkalinity. Go to Bulk Reef Supply website click on calculator and plug in the data and it will tell you how much to dose.

Yes you increase all the part the same amount. Also make sure you’re dosing in a high flow area and with a least 5 minute interval between the the different part doses.
How much are you dosing versus the size of your tank and what corals do you keep? Sounds like you need to be dosing more.

Cal and mag numbers are just fine as long as they are maintained there. Alk needs to be between 7 and 11 dkh at all times and stable.

I'd just increase the dose of everything as needed. Try 5 mL of each for a few days and see what happens.

You should be dosing equal amounts for all the parts. The 3a and 3b are the alkalinity parts, so raise the dosing of part 1 and 2 to match.
Also I’m not sure what limit you worried about exceeding. I know triton recommends a limit of 4ml/100l in one dose at one time. If you need to dose more than that just break it up into more doses per day.
In the beginning you should test alk daily and keep adjusting the dose until alk is stable.
