First I have a 75 gal mixed reef. Long story short, we had a fruit fly problem this week and they were attracted to my lights, I made a solution of apple cedar vinegar and dawn dish soap to combat that problem. It was probably 1/8 cup vinegar half tablespoon of dawn soap. I set it near the lights In hopes of getting the fruit flies. Fast forward to about a hour ago. I get home from work to hearing the skimmer is overflowing. Foam everywhere. I have no salt water made up. All my rodi water is ice cold. I need to know if I am in any real danger? Other than my water looking a little hazy from the bubbles, coral and fish seem to be doing OK. I am in the process of mixing up salt water. Should I wait until the salt water comes to temp before doing a water change or is it better to do the water change asap with colder water? I am heating some of the rodi up on the stove to bring it up quicker, bur even that takes time. I checked ph and it's still only at 8.3 so the ph didn't change much. Mostly just looking for suggestions, or solutions.
And for a new family for the kid.

I wouldn't be that worried about the apple cider vinegar. A lot of people actually use it for carbon dosing. I would be more concerned about the Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in the fish soap. It is toxic to fishes and animals. I would run carbon and do at least a 50% water change

No don't add cold water. That will shock the fish and corals even more.

If nothing's dying, don't panic. Probably not enough in the container to crash a tank that size. Empty the skimmer, and like above run more carbon and do a big water change or multiple. The only time to do stuff fast is when stuff is clearly dying. Otherwise, rushing will probably do more damage than the problem.

Thank you for all of the suggestions. I just changed out my carbon for fresh new. I am in the process of making salt water and eating my skimmer every 60seconds as it fills up. So far if I didn't tell you what happend you wouldn't know by looking at it. Well most of you reefers would be questioning the foam party that my skimmer is making. Thank you tho. Glad I got some feedback and consensus with the carbon.

Pored what ?

As mentioned, water change followed by additiopn of carbon and consider add locking mechanism to the doors and block any acesses

In addition to the advice above I would let that skimmer do it’s job. Lower the water level inside the skimmer (to dense the foam) and throw the skimmate out instead of letting it run back into the tank.
consider the loss of water from the skimmer as a partial water change.

You set an open container of a soap solution by the fish tank and didnt expect your kid to get curious?! Lol.

My good friend came home to his toddler daughter that had poured liquid dish soap into his reef to "give the fishies a bubblebath."

He admitted it was too cute before he went into his room and rearranged some furniture with his fists.......
