Hello everyone!

I have some zoa colonies that are taking over the tank. I really need to kill them. I tried ripping them off the rock but the are really attached to it.

Is there anything I could inject them with that could kill several at once? Or any other alternatives. Mm

Thanks in advance!

Easy;
Get yourself a regal Angel, they take out Zoas but rarely take out other coral.

I've used kalk paste with fairly good success.
Using Mrs Wages Pickling Lime, make a paste. I usually mix it runny and then nuke it for 15-20 seconds ( helps boil the water out and make a paste).
Turn off all flow in the tank. This is very important.
Using a syringe( without the tip) cover the offending zoanthids and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Make sure this doesn't drip on any coral underneath.
After 15-20 minutes syphon off the kalk paste. Be sure to get all because any residue left will float around the tank and possibly damage something you want to keep.

Another option is remove the rock they are on and use a hammer and wood chisel to break up the rock with the zoanthids on them
