How to rid tank of this. Whatever it is

Looks like it could be a Medusa worm. I’ve read that there are a few wrasses that eat them. I got them all over my tank. Almost impossible to eradicate, I pull 3-4 out my sand bed a week. They don’t seem to hurt anything, just ugly up my sand bed.
