Killing Aiptasia in awkward places?

I’ve noticed recently that I have a couple of Aiptasia growing inside the tube that connects to my overflow box. Usually with Aiptasia I’d kill them with Aiptasia X and that works most of the time. But the tubing has slats in it, so anything I squirt in will probably come straight out. Not sure if that is an issue or whether anybody else has any ideas?

I had aptasia all over my 300 gallon tank, and many were in very hard to reach places, trying aptasia X, which I had been using for awhile, was a joke. Then I bought a file fish. Best purchase ever! Within a few weeks, that little guy had dropped my aptasia to zero, with ZERO effort on my part. Plus, they're pretty cool little fish. For my money, filefish are a no-brainer solution to aptasia.

Or just leave it alone. IME it's so easy to aggravate them, causing a population explosion. I have 3 in my tank right now. Bought some berghia the other day, but if they don't do the trick it then becomes the aiptasia's tank. I avoid them like they have plague because, from a healthy reef's perspective, they do.
