So ick killed all my fish but wrasse and Watchmen my question is how long should I wait before putting other fish in there. The wrasse and The watchmen basically sleep under the sand they still do not have Ick and I don't think they will get Ick.

what makes you think those fish don't have or won't get ich? ich is not always visible. the fact is, your tank is infected. best to remove them and treat them in a qt. and let the dt go fallow for minimum of 72 days. the other option is do nothing and pray that they will pull thru, but for now it's better not to add any other fish.

Ok so I don't have a qt so if I don't see ick on them how long should I go before putting more fish

^^This. Until you remove/treat the wrasse and goby you will always be in "ich management" mode. The disease doesn't perish from your DT until you deny it a fish host to feed upon. It can harbor inside the gills unseen.
