Killing off some Discosoma shrooms

I have some Discosoma shrooms that have lost their color, but keep over reproducing. It's time to get rid of them. They are attached to rock that cannot be removed. If I could remove them without killing them that would be my first choice. (Give them to someone who is new to the hobby for their excitement). I suspect the best way to rid my tank of the shrooms would be to use an alk paste, Aiptasia control. Or perhaps a Majano wand. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Kalk paste aptasia x is the cheapest.

Trick is to make the past not too thick you can't use it in a syringe , but not too thin it gets everywhere.
